A while ago I ordered the PSP Game Lumines and the UMD Film Predator from Play.com while they had their sale on. The UMD file turned up with 5 days of ordering, but I’m still waiting for the game to be despatched. Its now getting on for two weeks since the original order was placed and I’m begining to lose patience.

I’m assuming there is a stock issue, which is why the game hasn’t been desptached, as the email confirmation of the original order has the correct order details on it. It would be nice if Play.com sent an email to let me know there was a stock issue and to give me the option to cancel or change the original order, but I guess I’m going to have to resort to phoning them up to see what happening to my order.

After having trouble getting products through Amazon.co.uk, and now Play.com being slow at sending out goods, I’m begining to think buying things cheaply on the web is a false promise.
