PSP Hacks have announced the official 71M as the winner of their Flash player coding competiton.

The swf (flash) player is fully functional, although given the PSP’s limits on memory, intensive vector manipulation will be an issue for the player. There will be other issues with the player as this is obviously an in-development process, but hopefully it will be stable enough to release and allow the PSP community to further test the code.

The code is currently being tidied up and is due for release around the end of February, and once available PSP Hacks will be having a flash coding competition to see who can come up with the best flash based game for the PSP.
