PSP eLoader New Tech Background

I’ve created another eLoader background, for those of you interested in adding a different flavour to your eLoader experience. Just click on the image to download the attached .tga file, that you should use to replace the loadmenu.tga file that is in the eLoader directory on your Memory Stick Duo.
