PSP Games From The Library

OK, perhaps not the coolest place to hang out and have some fun, but if you pop into your local library, at least in Cheshire (UK), you may be able to find some PSP Games to rent.

Last time I checked, my local library had 7 or 8 PSP game titles sitting alongside the PS2 and xBox titles. Handy if you are in the mood to play something different but don’t have the money to buy a full priced game. I think the weekly charge is something like £3.50 a week, so its a cheap way to get hold of a game to play, and if its rubbish you’ve not wasted £30+ on it.

The added benefit of renting a game from the library is that the UMD case should be effective at protecting the media from getting damaged, something which the normal PS2 games can suffer from, espcially when they have been rented out a few times by those more careless than yourself.

  1. Liked the post. I also saw a few titles at our local library and fortunately they’re free for 7 days. You can also search the library catalogs and reserve a game. Great way to try out a game before buying.
