PSP Faceplate Scratches

I wrote yesterday about the replacement PSP faceplate I got from Lik-Sang, with some details on fitting the faceplate to the PSP.

Having had the faceplate fitted for 24 hours, I can happily report that there have been no issues come to light with the quality of the faceplate. My one possible gripe is that the plastic screen protector may not be as robust as the Sony version, and may scratch more easily.

I will keep any on this and report back should there be any problems with the screen scratching. I’m going to get hold of another screen protector to stick over the plastic screen to offer some further protection, as I had on my previous standard Sony PSP faceplate.

Although the screen getting scratched is annoying, the fact that the faceplate can be replaced, and with it the scratched screen cover, means that in the long term spending £20 on another replacement faceplate is a feasible option.

Maybe next time I’ll go for something a little brighter, such as the orange or blue faceplate, should another replacement PSP faceplate be required….
