PSP 1.5 emulating firmware 2.71

Some really great news for those of you either running firmware 1.5 or thinking about downgrading your PSP from 2.5/2.5 to firmware 1.5, you can now emulate the latest 2.71 firmware version.

DCEmu have all the info you need, including the files to download to make this a possibility.

What does this mean to you? Well, firmware 2.71 has a fully functional web browser with Macromedia Flash support, so all those people who upgraded their PSP to firmware 2.71 and have been bragging about playing Flash games on their PSP will now see all the firmware 1.5 users able to do the same, without having to sacrifice homebrew.

This is a great step forward yet again for PSP owners who want to make the most of their PSP without being tied to Sonys firmware demands.
