PS1P – PSone Emulator Released (Alpha)

An Alpha version of the homebrew PSone emulater (PS1P) has been released. You can get the details and the files (Without the PSone BIOS dump) from DCEmu.

Note that this is very much an Alpha release in that there will be a number of glitches/bugs/problems and you shouldn’t expect perfection. However, its a great opportunity to spend some time testing the software and seeing what does and doesn’t work. I’m not aware of the author setting up any feedback mechanism, so if you get this emulator up and running, drop me a line with details of what does and doesn’t work and we’ll see what we can put together.

I’ll also try and put together some details on how to get it up and running in non-techie speak, so that those of you who get bamboozled by the homebrew lingo can easily get this PSone emulator up and running.
