PSP GPS Receiver

The PSP GPS receiver is going to be available from the 7th December, according to Play-Asia.

They are retailing the device on pre-order for $60 (roughly £30), although I believe they do not deliver into Europe, so those in the UK wishing to get their hands on this PSP add-on will need to hold on until its either released in the UK, or another company offers import/export on PSP peripherals from Asia.

The GPS device isn’t something I’m looking at getting myself, unless Sony wish to send me one to review? (!), so if anyone out there is thinking of getting one, I’d love to hear your thoughts on it, and what you hope the device will enable your PSP to do.

NOTE: If you are asking a PSP related question, please state your firmware version, as this will usually impact on the response you get. Please also state whether you are an experienced PSP owner or new to the PSP scene, as this will determine the level of detail in any answer I may provide. Thanks, Dave.
