Firmware 3.03OE-A2 Released

Minor fix released by Dark_AleX for anyone running custom firmware 3.03OE-A on their PSP.

This fix addresses a few issues found in the code, and should only be applied to a PSP already running the custom firmware 3.03OE-A.

- Added cpu clock selection for umd/iso games. (not for vsh yet)
- Fixed various bugs regarding the recovery menu, one of them made “rare text” appear when
entering in plugins if pops plugins existed, the other one caused a crash when pressing triangle.
- Fixed a small part of code in umd emulation that was not multithread safe.

Instructions are in the readme file thats is in the distribution. You can get the files and relevant information from DCEmu.
