Heres another custom XMB theme for all you 3.03OE custom firmware users. This one is a Vista inspired theme. Again, the icons are blocked with a solid background, so they will work with most backgrounds effectively, although I think the very light white to gray background works best.

Everything is included in the download package, simply connect to your PSP via USB in recovery mode (flash0) and copy the included RCO files over to the vsh/resource directory (backup the originals first).

Copy the wallpapers into your photo directory (from a normal USB connection within the XMB).

There are PSP wallpapers included in the pack.

This download is only suitable for 3.03OE users, 3.10OE users cannot use the custom topmenu_plugin file.

As always, use at your own risk. Modifying the flash0 on your PSP may result in a brick, and I can’t be held responsible!
