WHAT YOU DONT KNOW IS. if you semi-brick your psp on perpous then you can use recovery folder and youre good to go at version 1.5

What do you mean Copy the RCO files into the vsh/resource directory. The font (ltn0.pgf) goes into the font directory?

BABO, you cannot get an OE version for your PSP. You need to be able to downgrade to firmware 1.5 and then up to firmware 3.30OE/3.40OE. As you are on 3.40, which has no downgrader, you are stuck.

You will need to wait until a downgrader becomes available for your current firmware.
