my psp,

If you are already running a custom firmware, you simply need to upgrade using the correct custom firmware files, there is no need to convert a battery. The battery is only for standard firmware users who cannot downgrade via the known exploits.

My psp's got a firmware 3.50 m33-3 on it, I was thinking I should just go ahead and upgrade with 3.71 or higher so I could use themes on my psp.

How do I go about it and do I still need to covert my battery since I have some homebrews running on my psp alreay.

Hi Dave,

Have you tried creating a pandora's battery using a 3rd party (non Sony manufactured) battery? Did it work?
