There is really an issue that keeps disturbing my mind about the firmware update. I have 3.52 m33-3,(though currently neither it wont play my game or it plays fifa 07 like a replay lol) do i need to downgrade with a pandora before I can use 3.71 m33-3, sincerely I think this 3.93 will be super cool, any hep will be appreciated.

Joshua, you need to downgrade using the Pandora Battery, otherwise known as Despertar del Cementerio, by Dark-Alex. Its totally safe to downgrade, but it does tend to invalidate your PSP’s warranty.

Hey Guys, I just got a new psp and it has firmware version 3.93. I want to run some homebrew apps like a PDF reader but I dont know where to start. i ve been reading all this stuff about the firmwares and i think i am dead on the water by having a unit with this version of the firmware. So the logical questions are: can i run homebrew apps with this 3.93 release? if not, can i downgrade SAFELY to another firmware? please help me out. i am a newbie to all this and dont know what to do. thank, josh.
