New patch for Firmware 3.90M33 to resolve lag issue

If you have upgraded your PSP to custom firmware 3.80M33 or 3.90M33, and experienced a slow down (or lag) in some applications that use compressed files, you may want to look at installing a new patch released by Dark Alex, that resolves this issue.

The patch makes use of of the fatms driver from firmware 3.71, rather than the later firmware versions. There is a downside to the patch, which is the increase in kernal memory usage.
