Koller comments on Nintendo DSi

No sooner do Nintendo release the news about the new DSi, than Sony’s John Koller opens his mouth and puts both feet in.

I can see the DSi being successful. The DS lite was obviously very successful. Will DSi do well with [the DS's] demographic? It probably will. Will it be a product that expands their user base [beyond] under 12? I’m not sure.

This would seem to be childish jibe at a system (the DS) that for the most part, month on month, outsold the PSP without breaking a sweat. Added to which, the number of DS owners I know who are well beyond the age of 12 is far greater than the number of PSP owners in the same age range.

Come on John, for once admit that Nintendo have got a great product that has far greater reach than the 12 year old age bracket you want to place it in.
